Hello I just wanted to randomly ask what games do you own that are related to GTA: IV (Liberty City).
-
Wait.. don't those two come together?
-
Just GTA:IV :(
-
If you got EFLC yes, otherwise you can also buy them separated.
-
Just GTA:IV :(
And it's khm khm :(
-
I got EFLC
-
every GTA ever released..
-
I have EFLC

You should change the options to allow people to choose multiple items. I own all three, (IV original, TBoGT, and TLaTD), and many others have multiple games too.

The first option means you own TBOGT and TLATD, the original IV is irrelevant as none of future multi playing mods will use it.

With the instability the IV:MP team is having right now, I don't know if we can count on original IV never being used again. :P

The original IV, as stated many times, is the game featuring the less advanced version of the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine, this is why it is not being considered anymore. EFLC offers a bit revised version of it, offering a greater stability.
Modding IV is quite senseless since there is a more stable game with many more features.

The information presented also says that the mod development teams keep splitting paths and don't see eye-to-eye. That is why I said that we can't necessarily count on IV being a definite no in the future right now, since both teams created mods based on it, and can't seem to make a decision that they both agree with. :P

This is true. There is another team I've seen that is developing an EFLC-based mod. In any case base IV is just not stable enough. If you want to have a better mod including more features, go with EFLC, that's it.
Anyway the "original" IV:MP project will never keep going in this condition. Basically the head coder / owner is barely active. This is why I would expect something more from the other team although this doesn't mean much..
