The MedelliÂn Cartel is an organize network of drug suppliers and smugglers originating in the city of MedellÃin, in Los Santos. The drug cartel operated in Los Santos,Las Venturas,San Fierro as well as Asia and Europe throughout the 1990s and 2000s. -You must constantly try to bring neighborhood role play to Medellin ( Las colinas).
-Do not join this faction with the expecttation that you will be able to take a part in drive-bys and shootouts while not being asked to provide much roleplay.This is not Dming faction,and the current leadership regime tried to solve conflicts verbally more often than solving them through wars.
-You MUST develop your character with us.Anyone who wants to roleplay part of the faction and not just a resident of Medellin is expected to begin with a young/teenaged character,and develop and age them from there.
-A person who's part of that criminal organization ,MUST carry weapons as always to protect yourself against enemies or kidnapping
-Any usage of '' /em '' and in the middle of the role-play strictly forbidden and you will be punished for it,We are here to role-play and not to mess around in '' /p , /em '',If you want to communicate with someone ,then you take it to PM's.
-Faction strikes will be handed out to anyone in the faction breaking the rules, attacking without permission ect..Three faction strikes and you will be removed from the faction regardless of your rank and status. We take this faction very seriously and foolish behavior is not accepted in this faction.
-You are expected to join the forums , upon role-playing with us, anyone who is not registered to the forums will not get far when it comes to getting ragged, or ranked up in the faction.

Drug lords (Capos): The highest position in drug cartel that are responsible for supervising the entire drug industry, appointing territorial leaders, making alliances, and planning high-profile executions.
Hitmen (Sicarios): The armed group within the drug cartel that are responsible for carrying out assassinations, kidnappings, thefts, extortions, operating protection rackets, and defending their 'plaza' from rival groups and the military.
Falcons (Halcones): Considered the "eyes and ears" of the streets, the 'falcons' are the lowest rank in drug cartel. They are responsible for supervising and reporting the activities of the military and their rival groups.

I really didn't get it how many times do i need to explain same thing,i found it on google like others they put some graphics here ,that doesnt mean i'm stolen from someone , its clearlly shows we both put same stuff from internet .But he posted his post earlier than me ,is that makes my topic stolen from someone ? if its seems like this,i'm removing it , but let you all know , its not stolen from someone ,i found it on internet.
PS: I'm removing it because i posted after than that guy from topic,its not stolen from someone.after all you can find that picture on google with million sites .

Medellin Cartel is BACK!
After FBI distrain assets of Escobar Family and Medellin Cartel, they run to Colombia. After some time they did lots of works and they earned what they lost in Los Santos. Somehow, police started an examination about cartels and the people who interfered to crime in the government all around the country. When this thing heard by them, they decided to run back to Los Santos. They found a friend who is a pilot and they paid him to get them to Los Sants. 1 day later they landed to Los Santos Airport and they took a cab to Las Collinas. When they got there, Pablo and Alberto saw that Las Collinas was completely wrecks. They moved to East Los Santos and Alberto bought something to start again in the city. They are looking for new friends now.
