I couldn't find a mexican font so i used another one that i think it fit good with the picture,and i deleted that black line around the picture.

That's Logic.
That's because all 3 of those characters are the Gang.
The White guy is Vagos, The Green is Grove, the Purple is Ballas. They all represent their own gang. All these characters are present in GTA V :)
