Title: So is Argonath Still up?

Unknown at this time as far as I know (I may not be on board with everything atm).

No.

We still do not have access to that server nor it's scripts.

Yes, the server is there, but how long it's accessible is not known. One command will make the server unaccessible yet again due to failure in script. Restarting server only fixes the problem for a moment, but not permanently.
