As the title says, 10 seconds I play normally, 10 seconds my game freezes. Closed all the laggy programs, such as Steam or Skype.
Any ideas..?
Ty in advance!

Are you using any graphical enhancing or changing mods? Car mods?

Que.s ENB. No problems until now. Do you think is it an ENB issue?
Going to re-install the game *yes I got the CD from 2006*. Maybe will work.

ENB does use a lot of resources. This can cause lag.

Reinstalled, game is clean, still nothing. Same, even worse. The lag longlasts much longer. Any ideas? I really want to play normally..

I had same problem, i re-installed my windows 7.. (XD). You installed directX 11? Can you suit it?

Have you looked at updating your graphics drivers?

Try running another game to see if it's the game's issue or not. Also try to play SA:MP on another server, i was getting some lagspikes aswell but it was working well on other servers.

Everything looks fine now, I guess it was just Janek's laggy Argoradio broadcasting. Yet I am still getting sometimes little lag spikes, fortunately they last no more than a second or two.
Keep this topic open if more problems may appear.

Have you tried running it all as an administrator? I mean not running GTA SA as an admin used to create problems for me.
-
Do you hear any weird sound looping while it's frozen?

Alright, right after it freezes, force exit the game.
Then press start, type "event" and open "Event Viewer". In there, click on "Windows Logs" and then "System". Look for any errors from the time the freezing happened that has a "critical" level. (red sign) If you don't find any in "System", check "Applications".
If you find any, tell me what they say.

Try to turn off your frame limiter in GTA SA settings off and /fpslimit 90 while in game. It appears that WIndows 7 and Frame Limiter is not a good mix.. Also, try to run it on compatibility mode with win 95, you can also try to install stream fix.
