I had the same problem yesturday, I was carkilled repeatedly, and when I reatalieted I was froze, I see to the admin, why did you ignore me and he said "use the report funcion" and ignored me, It was like he was a robot himself, to be honest the IV:MP server rules need to be enforced.

@Certified Luke
It's best to take screenshots or videos and hand them over to managers and so on , it happens to me daily but that doesnt mean I have to go to their level , it's best to control yourself in such situations.
Try to avoid being around them people when admins are not present, its harsh , but its the best option you have
@Psych
Like Kerbe said , take picture and videos and hand them over to admins ; managers ;)

Administrators and moderators are not in the server at all times, however we do try to achieve this. You have done a good job making screenshots of the rulebreakers, but you should message an IVMP manager or admin so we can help directly. Also you can join our Skype chat to ask if there is an admin available to help you.

The administrator in question should have helped you and talked to the rulebreakers. It's better to use /report, this way the rulebreaker doesn't see he is being reported. Also this way we get an official report in our screen and we can explicitly see what is wrong and who is rulebreaking.
