yes i agree with Ranger .. using the !kill command you can only use it on dmers and rammers

Abusing of the admins commands is not allowed...
Especcially if it causes flooding on server chat...

i see the fact that he must feel sad.. he thought wed all get a laugh and say lol awsome howd u do that.... but this server is serious and yet i do feel bad for him
