Title: Paying $30000 to the best Signature.

- Need a cop background and .GIF is possible.
- If some one can made one as Hamza. (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?action=profile;u=17098) that would be great.
- I need all the things same as Hamza, but need some changed in it, like the background.
- Kelvin Caltson and Below it San Andreas Police Department. And you can see all the thing in Hamza's signature and felow it.
- And remember that the background should be different.

On the first one, I tried making it bigger but it just didn't look that good. So I tried with the second, looked better.

It's a small space, plus there's the fact that the picture has lots of colors in it while his was rather dark. Wouldn't look too good.
