Tried re-installing the game? With such errors it should be the first thing to pop in to mind.

Yeah, i've tried to run it as admin, now the visual thing is fixed, but now i get a crash window

Try connecting 5 times after getting the first message of crashing.

try downloading another GTA_SA, yours may be corrupt.

Do you have proper GTA SA from a CD and not some crappy downloaded one?
Did it work earlier? What did you do before it stopped working?

i had the same problem , Delete the GTA from Desktop ,create new computer account and name it [Your Name-123] , Then download it there and u can play it.

First solution would be re-installing your Microsoft Visual redistribute, and ye sometimes creating a new user does the trick.
