I couldnt get a pic of all the police cars all parked up like that. Maybe they were out fighting criminals? We have too many differenct police cars in the UK, they have different colour schemes depending on which region.

Our police are shit, they are afraid of doing anything because even the most minor offences mean that the officer needs to do tonnes of paperwork.

Yea but I have only seen normal coloured ones, not black. You can usually only tell by the antennas and the "lights" at the bottom rear of the car.

And they don't drive like cops either, they try to get you to race them

Then if you do race them, they wait for a while then *SIRENS*  :cop:

We have 2 main police forces, the classic "Polizia Di Stato" (State Police) and the "Corpo Carabinieri" (Carabinieri Corp, and carabinieri means "Men with Carabine") also known as C.C. They are 1 of the italian armed forces and they have many duties, defence of territory, police duties, foreing peace missions. However, in italy the police is a group of stressed officers sometimes neo-facists with low salary, low founds for cars and weapons due to the italian financial situation (except when they make the parades -.-) and this trouble often ends with abuses, sometimes they shoot for kill, sometimes they are involved in racist beatings, and the crime rates are very high here in italy. As result there are robberies and murders almost every day, drug, mafia, vandals, and entire cities in the hand of the criminal cartels...like the city of Naples, now they use the army to retain the law.

This is a state police squad car, alfa romeo 159

Lamborghini "Polizia"

This is a group of "N.O.C.S." (Nucleo Operativo Centrale di Sicurezza) which means something like "Central Safety Agency" and they are part of the State Police, the elite of the elite in the italian police forces...the italian "swat"

"Riot Police" also known as "Celere"...the classic anti riot police, part of the State Police. They are always deployed after soccer matches, important protests, or simply civil disorders. Pretty abusive and brutal, always involved in abuses they act only when there is a state of emergency (very often). Another important factor is the temperature, in summer when there are 40C° and they have crowd control duties with helmets and black uniforms they turn out in women with their "things" :/

I live in Queensland, Australia. And recently i've frequently seen red/blue marked police cars. most of the time the unmarked cars are easy to spot because of the rims they have. Normally a matte silver color with dots around the edges (Strong metal to stop buckling). The best police car we have in Bundaberg, The town i currently live in, Is a souped up 6.7 Litre commodore, which can outrun any car in this town.

Because 1 police couldn't handle all the crimes (crime rates recently increased of 50-100%) and you would never see a Forest Guard involved in a mafia investigation...neither a state police officer saving a horse  .

And the financial guard makes sure everyone pay the taxes (and it makes it very bad   :conf:)

And in origin (1850-1880) the Carabinieri Corp was the Army of the Reign of Sardinia, they were always in the first line during the Italian indipendence wars...same as the Financial Guard.

They even have reasons to bribe forestal cops when they dump toxic shit on the woods to save security measures' money.

But I was kind of joking. I know few about the mob.
