Reason why you did it:Dino I mean he was my friend. I have this friend in skype and I said that come in IV:MP and play on it:He had agreed me and he came.I said him if he can give me money and i will give him back.I know this is not allowed and sorry for this. please unban me I will never do this again.I apologize for my stupid behavior.. :(

It seems you dont know your "skype friend" very well, since you asked him "Are you from russia" just moments before you told him to type "/send 18 8000".
