Title: Gta Iv parachute For Skydiving and events

I was just thinking about this parachute thing!! it would be awesome if he had parachute on the server so we could use it for skydiving and events. to make it more interesting you can also price the parachutes!!

Unfortunately, parachutes are only in EFLC, which is not supported by IV:MP.
