Hello,
So today while playing SAMP I was encountered by a DMer three times, twice by the same person. And I don't see that as a problem, why is that?
Because I believe in that everything can be roleplayed out, if you are standing on the street and someone takes out a gun and shoots you, I should have the ability to decide if I should roleplay it out of report it to an admin, as he started a roleplay, if a man has a deathwish, let him, but you see, okay you can't kill a DMer, but the thing is that I got warned twice for it today, why am I the one getting warned because I killed someone who was about to kill me, once I got a PM from Slavik
Slavik: Why did you kill that guy
Me: Because he pulled me over and shot me with a combat
Slavik: But you need a REALLY good reason to murder.
Well.. I did have a pretty god damn good reason to kill him, it was a roleplay reason because I decided to roleplay it, and because roleplay is encouraged but not enforced I encouraged myself to kill him instead of report him, with that giving the admins less work and myself.. a wanted level I guess. All I want to do is point this out, and I'm sure first reply will be "Roleplay by murdering him" well I can tell him to get the fuck away from me but that won't help when he is firing a lethal weapon point blank at my face. And even if I report him by the time I will write /report I will forget his ID which doesn't solve the problem of me dying.

I will answer the topic, but for in-dept please write to samp@argonathrpg.com, as it could turn in to a complaint about the admin team that is not to be discussed here.
When you take action in to your own hands, you have to be careful and know that the other side may report you. There for it is always advised to alert admins if they are online.
I am not aware how the killing went there for do not take the rest as an attack on your situation.
Often people when attacked are countering by opening fire as well. This may be allowed, and one could even use this to report yourself to the police and turn in to an investigation regarding self-defense, keeping some cops off the street for a while.
However if the attacker decides to run away, you are not supposed to follow him in order to finish the kill, as that goes beyond RP and in to the area of revenge. Scaring off the attacker is enoguh, following him to finish him off may result in punishment.
