Title: Help :(

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it ?

Or installed IMGHack or something, looks like you have a corrupted gta_sa.exe
Google for a non corrupted one or PM me on skype and i'll send it

Andrew, try removing gta_sa.set. If it still doesn't function, try <Removed, we do not support piracy methods. - TheRock>

That sounds like a corrupted user account, which is usually a sign that something has also corrupted the Operating System.
