Title: New command with traffic stops

Hallo Argonath
i got an idea which is that we have a comand for the traffic stops , Lately i saw in the game that most of the cops let the citizens pay tickets as much as the cop wants , without even warn them first ,
so the command is about to give warning to the player , and write the reason , and after another cop stop him , he can see how many warnings did he got from the last time he was paid a ticket , the command is like   /give warning ID reason  , to give a warning and to see the warnings , /show warnings ID , and if the player got a warning about the same thing he did right now  , he will pay a ticket , and the ticket will be like this : the cop type  /ticket Speed of the player   then i shows how much the player must pay .
Whats good at this idea :
1. it prevent cops from scamming the people
2. more roleplay
3. Give improvements if needed in investigation
4. make the cops check speed with /speed id . not just stop players if they saw them
5. make the player more careful , because he knows that he got a warning
i hope you will like my Idea and accept it
i wish that everyone who reads this gives his opinion so we can develop this idea

As I said on ARPD forum, I really like the idea, but we need to somehow work it out :)

We should maybe consider speaking with hAWK about completely removing current ticketing system and applying a secondary which will be something like:

1. Ticket level1 [ For minor traffic rules ]
2. Ticket level2 [ For medium ... ]
3. Ticket level3 [ For hardcore.. xD ]

And then we would just re-arange current ticketing system into those 3 levels (:

People who scam people are usually freecops who don't even know the rules yet. They also tend to not know any of the commands.
2. more roleplay
That would reduce the amount of roleplay as all you have to do is press buttons to make pre-made text appear, no customisation to fit the situation.
5. make the player more careful , because he knows that he got a warning
That made me laugh :D
Listen, while the idea is awesome in theory it kinda fails in practice.

Yes mihail I think we should have a system like you said , I will talk with hawk if i saw him in game
2 . Thx tj for your opinion , I see that this will make more role play , because the free cops , just say 50$ and that's it , but when yOu have this command the player will ask why did you give me ticket like this , and he will start role playing , any way I hope this idea will make gta Iv better
I really don't think that every cop in the game learnt all the ticket prices by heart , the cops even didnt come to the website at arpd.argonathrpg.com and see how much the tickets are.
I hope you will like the idea

Traffic stops are supposed to be RPed, therefore I don't see the reason for the implementation of a specific command/set of commands.

If you see abusive cops you have to report them. Be sure they'll learn soon, or be removed from the job ;)

We could make sth which the cop can know how much is the ticket by pressing like this /ticket speed of the player and after that it will give him how much is the ticket , so it is better ,
One things about the warnings , is that the cop rp it and after the cop finished the rp , he will write a warning , and the reason , so every cops who stop this player can know if the player got any warnings , so it's better if the cop wrote the warning after he finished with the player ,
Knowing how much are the tickets by pressing the. On and will be better for both sides , the cop and the player .
I wish you will like this idea

Officers are there to use their own discretion on how large ticket to give, especially as human brain can be more precise than scripts. It is pointless to make everything done and calculated by the server.

I really like Osamad's idea. Maybe just a cmd could resolve it, like "/ticket or "/fee ID Amount Reason"", and player must accept it after Cop player hitting enter.
