Title: Is there any MOD/H@CK/Something to raize water level INGAME?

Hi everyone!!

I've saw Panda's video "flood" of Pandamada productions.

And i saw it all flooded :p

I used Edison Carter MOD, but i need to do it BEFORE getting ingame

Is there any MOD/Hack to raise the water level IN THE GAME already? Cos' its booooring going then closing then going closing blah blah blah... Like trying to "role-play" in the SP.

BTW This is for San Andreas.

For single player, yeah. Google "GTA SA Water Tool" i used it before, Its ok

Is the file named "WaterLevel.exe"?
