The Scotto Mafia, was first found in Vice City, doing little crimes and robberies, after time to time, it kept growing up and was then well known in Vice City, Doing big crimes, robbing banks, killing enemies as their slogan/saying was that the world isn't run by the laws written on paper. It's run by people. Some act according to the laws, others not. It depends on each individual how his life will be, how he makes it. About five months later, when they had their respect grew a-lot, their amount and armory was a-lot and after some time in a bank robbery, cops caught one of their member and then knew where the Scotto are located and had gotten all the information regarding their bases, then the cops all above in Vice City started surrounding their bases, operations and properties, soon, all their bases and properties were under the full control of government and a-lot of members were arrested. At their last operation in Vice City where the were thinking of moving out of Vice City, they saw all blue and red flashes all over them but the commitment they had made of "Joining the society is like joining a religion. It is a lifetime commitment, stronger than any ties to other religions, state or even family. You cannot retire from it." So, instead of giving up, they tried to put efforts and get out of the mess alive. There were very less ways of escaping but some of the members didn't lost hope and kept trying and succeeded to move from Vice City, They had lost everything, a-lot of their members, cash and everything. They somehow made it to another state, The Los Santos and started living there, doing some little crimes, again after sometime, their respect grew, so did their amount, While their tentacles have started to reach into every aspect of crime, they are still found in Los Santos.

After growing into a big and wealthy family, Scotto needed more and more alliance and had to improve their relations with others because they were disturbing their peace.So they started putting their efforts in that, bit by bit they were improving their relations and the enemies were converting in friends that was the first step to be a part of good and roleplaying families, their power was also increased because many applications were coming people wanted to join this family but it was not an easy step as the leaders had to put all their time in testing the members so they had a very little time of searching for new allies.

The Scotto family had a hard time in settling there because they were poor when they had moved. It was very difficult to make themselves rich and they needed to buy suitable Head Quarters where they could do their daily works. After a long span of time and hard work, they were able to scatter their Head Quarters across the state.

Because of their criminal activities across the State, Cops started interfaring in their regular businesses and they were by the law, forced to take down some of the businesses which led to shortage of armory and cash and so did their strength go down. Some enemy gangs started to take advantage of this and started bullying the members of the Scotto family and made some of the members move from their towns. The Scotto business and deals had a large impact on the fact that there were very less members to keep control on their daily activities. The leaders had no choice but to sell some of their properties and re-gain control over the armory and cash and then they took the revenge from the families that used to bully them and also did they help their members and started their daily activities again.

After the changes and the conspiracies in the Argonath Government, we were forced to hide and carry down our illegal resources as there were those cruisers with red and blue flashes on every street we came across. We had no chance but to completely close all the illegal works, deals, jobs etc which were previously set all across the state by the Scotto family. While some of our men being arrested and others getting homeless due to the strict judiciary rules, the only way left for us was to move out of the state. It was not easy as all the other allied families and gangs had our personal information and they were forced to speak it out to the cops. Just after the few days when the new rules had been successfully carried out, the state jurisdiction had all our information regarding our hideouts and members.
It was a dark, rainy night and the only members who had left carried out a meeting with the leaders with fears in everyone's minds. After all the ideas and thoughts had been expressed by out by the members, the leaders finally came to a difficult but suitable conclusion that all the members should split out into different parts of the state and do their best to remain silent and hidden. It was very hard for them especially the leaders but they did their best and let the strength be with them by joining a group with a totally different identity until it all had settled. Nevertheless, the Argonath Government was finally out of the democratic crisis and the leaders met each other to finally make a new start of their lives and started recruiting and are in search for new and former members.

When he said "notices a Russian Sniper" then he probably meant for Stivi who was holding the Sniper and RPly by looks as he was similar to a Russian guy, Manaz in spite of knowing his name, tried to make it look a-bit more interesting by mentioning the character's nationality. If you don't want to appreciate someone who is RPing these days, atleast don't discourage them.

[This only refers to the RP scenario San Fierro city where all are citizens are like real life human beings] As i said, the character called "Manaz Scotto" who resides in Los Santos saw few characters belonging to another family in some kinda porn site. As the two families were enemies in the concerned San Fierro, they didnt talk like" How are you" "All is good" . But rather in an anti way.
As concerned to character called Stivi, He had been following few characters of Scotto Family From LS to SF and carrying a sniper to keep a watch too. However "Manaz" notices it and grabs him. He was a russian and as he was carrying a sniper , Manaz notified him as a sniper.

If you get shot from someone you should lay on the ground and scream from the hurt of bullet, that's how the real life imagination is. As in real life, if you try to touch someone pants he will yell at you but you just "took" it without agreeing with him about that.

A professional mafia would run away from the police to avoid any suspicious activity on the city as "you real life imagination roleplay" right? "Stop or die" isn't based in a good roleplay situation, it's only based about weapons and cops trying to kill you then, "HAH cops can't catch us we killed them all" and "cops has a lot of advantages they can come back after death!"

See we didnt post such things in forums. So it was done in a "Real Life Imagining World" . So basically, when a character called "Manaz Scotto" tells such to a character called "Jacob" Its must be such that Jacob must have replied or done anything in the " RP world" .

We weren't official when the first meeting happend. You were the ones who started declaring war. When we talked about it, you all agreed that San Fierro will be yours.
As I can recall, you wanted Jizzy's club. That ain't such a big deal for us, but we were quite sure that it would reveal once the purchase system would be released.

I had no sniper on me, a 9mm and 3 bullets of sawn-off shotgun plus a shovel!
Now, when you snatched the contact card (btw it's ID), you had no idea that I had one in me, whatsoever. Taking and reading it, without me having the chance of RPing, is forcing to RP.
There is NO rule that says you can walk out on any situation by telling you do not want to RP. Never was and never will be.
Do not force RP means that it is not allowed to force your idea of what should happen on to others if they choose to follow a different path.
I had a camera, not a sniper. Get your facts straight.
My skin is russian, but that doesn't limit my RP character to be Italian/Albanian/Arab or whatever I want to RP as. When I spoke to few Scotto members I used "Blake" as my name, not Stivi Gvardia.
Here's an example: I am a lawyer in Argonath, also part of a criminal family.
My lawyer name is "Stiven Brooks" while Stivi Gvardia is another RP character, but I guess your "real life imagination world" is too narrow for you to understand that.

I do understand that I might be used to a higher RP quality, therefore I said I didn't want to be part of that RP scenario ( where you found my "contact card" ) because I didn't get the chance to RP. Let alone the other scene where you found a sniper and then started blasting me. I'm still looking forward to the video in which I shot with a "real life russian imaginary sniper". I tried to avoid this, but now you've gone too far.
I respect and roleplay with every family on argonath RPG, but there is a limit.
First of all, you blatantly copy Ancelotti, going as far as to copy our group description and rank structure, just renaming the last two ranks.
Then, you have the audacity to DM ancelottis, constantly and repeatedly. And if the numerous administration interventions didn't teach you anything, you have the audacity to walk into Avispa without the slightest bit of respect and try to provoke me to shoot you by sending your members to constantly apply provocative objects to ancelottis such as punching and provocative animatons.
I made it very clear to you IG that neither I nor Ancelotti are interested in your DM-matches, you are free to try to establish a proper roleplay and you have my guarentee you have have the full involvement of Ancelotti.
Try to provoke us into Deathmatches and we will continue to ignore and report you.

Well then, thats the problem with you being inactive in rs5. Dedicating to other families, must be on a genral topic. But you we're present during one of our 40-50 RPs in rs5 and i can honestly say that out of 40-50 only 5-6 get resorted to shooting and if you cant backfire if someone fires an SMG, you're a dead vegetable.[not referring to DM]

I came to the state of argonath 1 year ago looking for a new place to start new. It was quite a large active city. I got a passport and got my drivers license and even won the lotto in my first few weeks in the state. However I really had no Idea what I was doing, till I meet a group of people who worked for the San Andreas County Services. After talking with a few of the members, they helped me out a bit and I was soon offer to a carree in the public service sector. Soon I applyed for both the SAPD and ARFD, and in a months time I reached Cadet in both and was enjoying life, untill I found out some grim news, a very close friend died, I left the state of argonath for a few month as I left to attend personal family matters.
I wont go into details on what happened, however about 4 months later I returned to Argonath to find everything had changed, SACS was gone ARFD was dead and Major crime family's like Corlone and Gvarida and Gulugans were running wild everywhere, so I went back into the PD and found a new friend name Mike Hawk. Togther we fought crime and even got into the SAPD, however dude to some back room polotics our "views and opinions" got us shit listed with a certin Vice Cap who I have never seen in game once in my entire year I have been playing Argonath. So Mike started a news company called San Andreases News. while I was a reporting taking on the stories of Argonath, it soon became apprant that I had an urge to change. So litteraly one day I made a bussines proposal, I run a casino, but not just any casino but run it the way I want to and hire who I want and make money how I want. No more Bull shit, I changed almost overnight to a Bussines woman who owned a susful casino owner. A month had passed and alot of former PD guys just seemed to be getting fired left and right and if not fired, leaving and retiring. To me it seemed like the PD was going down hill At least LS was, untill I came upon my friend Mike came up, with Aldo and a few others and we decied one thing, No one was going to protect us, no one pay us and no one give a f**k about us, so from that point on we started the Hans bussiness family. I will admit Hans was a non stop party and we all felt like we were untouchable, with a net worth of 8 Million just in bussiness accusations and easily another 4 million in real estate to us HANS was too rich and too powerful, no one could stop us and well we told that world that. However the world didnt seem to like that attitude and drew lots of unwanted attention from SAPD and even more from Rivial criminal familys as it seemed that the old Major family's were dead and HANS was the future.
Sadly this was not true and All the Hans were sent to Mordor, however being the sly fox I am i convinced FBI i was on there side in the endeavor and slowly after this Mike suffered a heart attack at the gates of Mordor. This was to be one of a few that would ultimately get him killed. After Mike died I thought hard at what and why I even wanted to join the SAPD and began a self quest to finally become an officer full time and still run my casino.

Just a reminder to those who do not know the reason behind the inactivity of the family. The leaders themselves have Exams till 11th. It was in the year 2012 when there was a shift of power in the Vice City Government and people started revolting and protesting. My Parents and brother was killed in the chaos that followed. My hope of living was dead and i was as good as a dead guy. I was 25 and i had not completed my university yet. People were hoples, there was blood running on the streets. My Uncle Sam, who was a ambassador in the United states of Argonath showed me a light of hope in my life. He took me to Los Santos and later he was called back by the government of Vice City. I was alone in the whole LS supplied by a home and small time earnings until i was introduced to the world of crime by my friend, Ritcher. I was given training until i was sufficient to earn a few large bucks. I once brought a corrupt officer down to his knees, when he falsely accused me. That incident caused my name to spread like fire on the streets. Soon after, there were wars running on the streets when the cop department played backbiting and created rift between two groups. We were attacked and most of us killed and few who backstabbed us left us alone. Everything was over, my friends, my trust and to an extent my life. I was in a search of some who could support me and to whom i could be loyal and live respectfully with.

Well, the questions which were asked to you were full about roleplay, now It's up to you that how did you take those questions.
For good roleplay, good English is needed and I'm not saying that there is no place for you in Argonath but the thing is that we recruit members who we think are capable of pulling off the challenges. We will accept you right away once we see that capability in you.. After 45 days if you think that you have improved these both things for what you got denied then feel free to apply again.

Well, I guess some of you might have seen this is coming. Like every other faction, we had our good times, bad aswell. A-lot of people came into the family, others left too and this for sure was a great experience which surely will remain memorable. I don't think I'll be able to come back into game either, same goes for Ritcher so I guess that's it. Once again, thanks for everything Argonath, you are and will surely remain a great community.

I do realize that it's a known family and yes, we had the same opinion at first but it didn't just work out as 80 percent of the members didn't want the leadership to be handed to any outsider and almost all of the high ranked members from the Scotto family are in-active or leaving SA:MP so that is why we came to this conclusion and no, Timon. We did not get "bored" out of the family. Its just that, we aren't able to (even if we try) put much time into handling a family anymore.

Ah that is not done! You guys wanted to become official and challenged much too. But anyways you have got a hell lot of story to tell to your newer world of real potential and a strive for a position to gain in the racing world.
Argonath experience will surely help you a lot IRL. Managing a group of newbies [ back in 2012-13] must have gained you leadership qualities, english skills. Gangwars gave an attitude of a fight for respect. Contract killings help you in making a strategy. Four main things "Courage" "Honor" "Loyalty" "Respect".
