Title: Speed limit command /setspeed [speed]

I got an idea which is that u can set your speed limit like if u typed /setspeed 100 , your car won't go over that limit even if u pressed the gas button, and also if you want to turn the speed limiter off u can do /sl off or /speedlimit off , I hope this idea can be scripted. And hope you liked it. :)

Haha :) but if we do the set speed I guess it will be better than trying to be around it. Also it helps in many ways. Anyway it's an idea :P
