I removed all mods I am using, I did not know mods were illegal and I don't know which one was causing problems so I guess I'll play without them.
I hope this can be solved soon, sorry for the troubles.

Saying you didn't know mods were illegal won't help you here, as it's clearly mentionned in the rules that mods are not allowed.

We already had enough patience with you in RS4, you come in RS5 and start using your mods to drive NRG on a wall, climbing like Spiderman.
