i am not hacking from the time i got banned in RS4 for money hacking.
I think i lost vsync but i dont use hacks

The moment you got reported I spectated your actions, where I saw you absorbing a few bullets. I then used a command to check if you were desynced, however; it showed that you were not. I've been looking afterwards and you kept getting shot without losing HP.
Hence the reason was "Health hacking as it seems"; there may be another explanation.

no noone was shooting me there were just me ma frend and kidnaped firemand i was shooting fireman when he was trying to escape and i started to lag realy hard

i was attacking him but then he was trying to get car then happened some lagging of jacking and in one time car somehow teleported away then i was just shooting him and YOU GOT BANNED

IT may be wierd but yes. Matrix McCurdy is my classmate and hes hacking. Im sick of it. He even lied to me when i asked him on RS4 about money hacks. He lies.

Unfortunately you are misunderstanding the point.
You think he was talking about RS4, but he is not; He is talking about RS5 in his first statement.
You are hiding something from us, and I suggest you come clean.

You seem to have a bad attitude towards other players, including administration. It is not acceptable to insult people under any circumstance.
Because of that, and the suspicion of you using health hacks, your review date will be the 13th of January 2014. During this time, you should remove any modifications or hacks that you may have installed and read over our rules to make sure you fully understand them before playing again.
If you want to come clean about using hacks, your review date may be shortened.

A review date cannot be based on a suspicion. A ban should be used as a last resort, if you got evidence of a player's actions and it warrants a ban, then issue it. What I can interpret from this unban request there are not much solid evidence to go on.
He may have received some bullets, and whilst he was spectated his character showed the animations that he got hit but didn't loose any health. That can clearly happen whether you lag or not. He could have been out of sync just for a second then re-synced as it was checked if he was desynced or not before the ban was issued. Clear health cheats is easily to detect when it's being used by a player. A modification that alter your skin is also a thing that can easily be seen if you proper investigate the matter.
So I'll highlight why you're still being kept banned Matrix. After a review on the logs of YOU, your behaviour has been unacceptable. Insulting and flaming players and staff alike. What I would like to see is an explanation of that, an acknowledgement that it won't be repeated and that you'll try to work on some self-control.

i was just reading and i found that eymas said "I've been looking afterwards and you kept getting shot without losing HP" there was noone who was shooting me. I was just trying to stop that stolen fireman from escaping and i was shooting at him but noone came and shot me and so i got banned

and Death_Hand is profile i use to play Dayz server i was using it but then i got argonath and i changed to Matrix_McCudry

Death_Hand is a completely separate account you have, why do you have two?

well then i acidenlty registered with it because one day i joined to play and it asked to register first i tought "hmm why do i have register twice?" but then i registered and found out that i am in with that profile so i left server and never joined with it again.
