Ban reason as was stated in-game: Says "carjacking, swearing in pm"
Admin who banned you: James_Conway
When you were banned: 21:58 GTM+2 December 31st
Reason why you did it: I was taking back MY OWN car ,who has been stolen. I was really mad ,and got banned for it. These admins should really watch the both sides, not just a blind banning everyone. Thanks for perfect evening...

You call the police. What you did is trying to take the car back by force. And by force I mean carjacking, deathmatching and flaming through /pm.

You tried to trick the person with money, to get the car back. Which also you didnt give.

Why did you do it? Because you know all these actions you did was against the rules. You have a passport so I assume you know the rules.

It was unlocked because ive got crash. How could i dont take it by force. P.S. How long ban takes? Cause i wasnt able to see. There was no admins ,and two cops. They was after him. But the coquette is faster. So they cant do anything. What could you do in this situation ,when ur alone ,without help?
I wouldnt wait for admins ,to come in 20 mins or only tommorow. So , that was using force , cause it was no other way. Because nobody else can do a thing. I hate ,when people do it. Why victim has to be victim second time in a row? Even no warn for people like him ,or something. Only things for people, who were more angry at the moment. You really couldnt stand ,until policemen with their slow cruisers ,try to catch him ,and hes evading ,etc. And cops did , they couldnt stand a chance. Why he has to do it. And i have to stop him only by offering money? Its like ratcket , lets wait for they take your car , your house ,even yourself ,or your friends . But still ,we cant do anything in back. They will know - stealing makes money ,and do this again and again.

The rules in this situation are clear and you chose to break them. This could have all been avoided if you kept your car locked, or if you kept it in a more hidden location. The swearing and insulting is also not necessary, I'm glad you got caught because I would hate for a new player to have to deal with this from someone with experience on this server.

I suggest changing your attitude regarding this situation, and stop placing blame on others for your own poor decisions.

I've remote-locked it ,when i was chasing after him. Then i was waiting for him to get out , or window crash of car because of speeding. But i havent got idea ,to log off and wait for car to automaticaly dissapear. I was driving near hospital with my car, then server recconected and ive got crash, because of heavy lag-spike from server. Im keeping my cars locked most time,expect if friends drives it (this time ,it was locked before crash).

This bad situation wouldnt have been occured, if the car locking scripts would be fine. I dont know , if its for me only , or everyone.
I dont like to anger with players. But this time , i did it off-limits, i know it myself.

The more simple explaining ,more easy to understand details. :
Driving around, going to hospital , getting lag spike/crash , looking where my car gone , finding out an unknown player got it, cops starts to chase him , remote-lock ,when was near enough ,cops give up , i dont give up ,and starting to ram him to stop, trying to get inside my car unsuccesful , he runs away again , started to pm him to stop ,he ignored , started to swear in PM , offered money , at least he answered, driven near car, entered it ,got crash again in about 5-15 seconds. Relogging - im banned.

Ramis the admins aren't banned, you are.
The guy who stole your car isn't banned, you are.
The scripts aren't banned, you are.
The cops who couldn't retrieve your car are not banned, you are.

Time to face that and stop blaming others for your mistakes, that is not what these topics are for. Read the "how to post an unban request" topic in this thread please. Then post a proper reply.

So ,why unbanning requesting theme is created , if you will still negiotate ,whatever i will say. Just say "we wanna get rid of you" ,and say the true ,instead of searching for opportunities in my words ,how to drag me down , against others.
P.S. I aint blaming on cops at all , they did what they could do.

Until you realize that that and can show us that in this topic then we cannot allow you back into the server. If you are really ready to be unbanned you will read the topic I told you to read carefully, and will post back here with why you were banned and why you deserve to be unbanned...

I do know, what im banned for. Just telling , some things given me a part in this thing. I know, that i did a heavy rulebreak, i knew, i did it at the moment i was going around. But there wasnt no choises left just at moment. I was mad on that guy, who did car steal, and did started replying , when sweared on him. You got me wrong , i aint saying , that i havent did a crime. But i think , we both , dont understand each other. I am leaving my oldest posts unedited. To make sure, you guys couldnt think im lying or smth.

As i said, i knew, my choice was wrong. Too bad , i didnt trought it may end this bad. Mostly trought it may be tempban. That will be a lesson , which i didnt learned. I do offer myself like a punishement. Skip me at least on one unban session, i mean , when u guys are declaring , who to deny , who to unban , thats . Thats my fault, for a wrong dessisions without thinking. Make a photo , or something, to prove I want this to other admins. Skip me. My fault , i did it ,i know it.
