Title: Im not receiving money of Fire put out !

hey guys

whenever i putout fires i dont get money of putout in cash , it says that i got the money and extinguished x/100 of the fire , but i dont find money in cash. Please help

this is a proof , and before it happened to me when i extinguished fire alone and got 5k only.
