In order not to put all of the weight on one person there are now two co-leaders.

Whether the best comment after an admin promotion would be "congratulations" because of the promotion, or "good luck" because of all the work it slaps on you after.

So I would say both. Congratulations AND Good Luck! Well-earned, both of you. :app:
