Staff members is the ones in charge ingame and if you feel they are misusing their authority, you are free to send a complaint to [email protected].

It can simply be that you and the staff members got different views on what happend / is happening and you feel that the staff member is incorrect. As i said, the staff member is the one in charge, and if you feel he / she is incorrect, you should still follow it and follow it up by emailing [email protected] if you want to take it further.
