Hello argonath
it have been over than 2 hours , with a full server and without any admin , the server is full of rulebreakers , cheaters , and hackers , so its getting impossible to do anything at this time , i post this here to tell you that we need an admin at this time in the server ,
I hope an admin will come to the server as soon as possible

You send a pm to an admin/mod or you contact them on skype, that's the fastest way (:
They might not see the topic in like tens of minutes, but pm.. or skype.. ^^

none are on and havent been on and they not on at skype

The best thing you can do in any case is take note of the time and date and try to obtain evidences in the form of a recording or screen capture. This evidence and time information can be forward to the server's management (via forums will suffice) who can review logs and evidence. Just because no admin is available doesn't mean the rulebreakers get a free pass. There is no statute of limitations when it comes to this.

That's what most people would do, stay silent, obtain evidence and report it later. Although most I saw (when this topic was made, at which time I was online) was people acting admins, nearly guaranteeing the rule-breakers that they will never play again on the server, because they would get them banned. Aka threatening, bullying and mini-moding(If thats what I could call it.)
What people must realise is that, at least the regular players should have a good attitude giving a prime example to the newcomers. Most people treat others with respect, if you respect them too.. Now the classy thing we see;

Oh please. :| Why make it so hard? If newcomers who do something wrong are treated that way, they will never stop doing so. Or more likely, we might have another woka-like incident on IV:MP.
