Hi,
Recently I've noticed a problem when I play on GTA, I can't notice other players health bars. I know this isn't server specific as I've tried it on various servers.

HUD mode is on, I've tried reinstalling SA:MP, I don't have any mods installed either.
I'm kinda stuck on how to fix this, some help would be appreciated.

Try updating graphics drivers. Some people say (googled) that Intel HD Graphics need driver update, this may have caused it.
If still doesn't work, update DirectX.

Everything is up to date, still doesn't work.

This is actually a persisting issue with the Intel HD Graphics for quite a long time. The only positive solution so far has been to purchase a graphics card (you might wanna take a look at the HD 6670, it's a nice budget card)

I had this problem too, after uninstalling GTA like 2 or 3 times i got fixed :) I think it is from a HUD mod if u had one before, i suggest when u uninstall delete everything related to GTA, GTA San Andreas User Files and Rockstar folder in local disk :)

I'm not buying another graphics card, because the problem has only started to appear, it's not been constant and I've had GTA installed on this PC for a while now. It also happens on another PC I have which has no mods and it has a far better graphics card.

Did that, didn't work.

Did that by any chance appear after a (perhaps automatic) driver update? You could always try reverting back to older versions of the drivers. Maybe that might work.

This driver version fixed it for me using HD graphics.
Ivy Bridge (3th gen) http://downloadmirror.intel.com/21840/a08/win64_15286t.zip
Haswell (4th gen) Not sure but https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23106&lang=eng might work

I don't have automatic updates, it was on the same version as it was a couple of weeks before that and it was working fine. (I've also tried updating to latest, made no difference either)

I've had the same problem on my i5 4th gen rig few months ago, sadly I could not find a solution, it seems to be an issue with the graphic drivers of intel integrated GPUs, I solved it when I installed a dedicated GPU with it's own drivers.

I had the same problem when I would switch from my GPU to my Intel graphics chip for GTA, it is really strange.

Make sure the HUD setting in your GTA:SA options is on. Other than that, this seems to be a very mysterious issue plaguing many users across the internet. So far no one has found a fix yet.

The same problem happen to me just an hour a go, i reinstalling the game and samp and still happans
-
I used to have the same problem, but minimizing/maximizing the game a couple of times seems to fix it.

Good luck .
