Title: Weather in Liberty City

Hello everyone! Idea would be:
Constant weather, with changes ofcourse. 
Why dont we have weather that would flow for a while, let's say, for an example, hour or two with rain, then fog and then sunny, and so on.
Or even more. :D

1 side of me says to support it, other side says unsupport it...

Reason to support:
It will make more realistic and different weathers are just giving good ambience for some roleplays.

Reason to unsupport:
Ppl with low-spec are suffering a lot from different weathers and cause them not to have a nice experience as people with good/enough-spec.
