This is a friendly Team,We help Other players if they car fliped, heal them,... We help also LCPD and FBI,our Offical Vehicle is  Patroit , We can Have 15 members who accept the Rules.  Aplications Questions:1. Do You accept the Rules?
                 2. How mouch u play in the server?
                 3. Rate your skills:Driving,Jumping
                 4. how mouch u play in the server per day?
                 5.Are you Friendly?

You could put a bit more efforts into topic and once in game try to present your idea to other players. That is the best way to ensure your team gets more members.

Anyway, idea is nice, good luck with it :)
