Reason why you did it: i havent abused anyone i think john_doe have to explaine why he banned me i was on cop duty , and sudenly i got banned for abusing new player .

I am very disappointed with your behavior last night when you tried to abuse /suspect command to gain money.
You have suspected new player for a reason "evade" while he was neither evading nor you have warned him to stop or anything. And what is the worst, he was on standing still when you suspected him.
Then you started PMing him to /gu. When he entered other officer car, you were PMing him that he is fake cop, he is going to kill him, he should come to your car. When that didn't worked out you started to PMing him that he is going to end up banned if he doesn't come to your car. And in the end you even stole a suspect, because he was cuffed by other officer.
So, in my opinion you were abusing new player and commands as well in order to gain money.
That is one player of who knows how many you got on that trick.

i told him ythat he will be banned if he stays in passeger seat when he is still suspect . i cant bann anyone + if i stole a suspect , the maximum thing i will think to be punished with , is being cop banned , but i realy dont understand why > just banned , anyway , i want to know if im going to be unbanned or not . ty

This is your 3rd ban in less than a month for the same reason "Abusing/scamming new players".
Do not post another unban request before 14th April 2014. If you attempt to ban evade AGAIN, you will end up permenantly denied.
