Well, they're more strict than most countries on cyber crime... I'm not saying it'd be a priority, but if it was brought to their attention, it could be sought out.

Yea , same question, It was recently up, I just got logged in , rode a little bit and the lost connection. Via IP Doesn´t work so server is down.

Maintenance problem.
All servers are down.
Not sure where you're getting that information from because from what I can tell it's not maintenance issues.
Any further downtime should be reported at this section (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?board=56.0).

I just saw some big chat logs :D they thought there was a ID bug cause I was failed to connect, but they were like id 5 id 6 and so on :D Sad my screenshots appear as just a black picture

The problem is not with the server , it's with the host, as you can see the other servers are down as well.

You ll see one for sure in here, there is no way to prevent it. :P I dont think any ivmpers look to other places than here to see downtime report of ivmp. ^^
