Title: Unable to use SAMI

Hey,

I've just downloaded SAMI but when I've installed it and tried to run it I get the message that I need to have Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 installed and then I get a link to microsofts website with the download, the thing is, when I try to download that it says I already have that installed on my computer which makes it unable for me to use SAMI.

Using W8.1 btw.
