-When person dies, he/she will lose 150 $
-Killed suspects will lose 450$ ( 300$ + 150 $ as death penalty/resurrection )
-Respawn at (nearest)Hospital
-Changing jobs/models heal=NO ( If possible )
-No /resetspawn command
Benefits:
+Interest in Paramedic/Hooker job
+Taxi fares
+Restaurants income
+People would value Life a bit more
+Less death abusers to regain Health ( Want to abuse death? Go ahead )
+Less people that won't cooperate with LCPD/FBI after finishing chase that happened due to some traffic fine evading, then being killed over it.
+Less people walking/running in the middle of the streets
+Overall economy
+Everyone being more catious in all situations, especially Fireman missions, and famous Heli bug/accidents.
+More RolePlayed crimes
*If all the money money from deaths could be collected, and used for certain events. ( Like monthly event in LC ), that would be really nice.
Let's get serious. This kills RP. We are like bunch of happy people, not caring about anything, especially our Lives. People drive like maniacs, later most of them become suspects, and those suspects die over some traffic fine. How many Firefighters died on their job? Come on I mean.
Let's make Economy flow. We will see colorful list when we press Tab ( As some of people on the server mentioned: "all we see is red/blue players" ).
It will require skill, luck, courage, determination and friends. Survival.
Survival in Liberty City should be a option, not a must.
(*)We(Edit: By "we", I meant All of us ) have right to own weapons for self-defence. We have LCPD/FBI,
and Administration. This is Liberty City. It's a dangerous place.
If you still feel scared of Rulebreakers ( Deathmatcher/Carkiller ),
stay locked in your homes.

If you raise the SU kill penalty well i can just pack my bags. I mean if i want to RP i will need to make a master plan involving some miracle to survive the shooting and the chase of PD and FBI.
The /resetspawn command i love so much and makes lives of all FD users much easier i come to a mission i know i might die i use /resetspawn and I can go and do the mission even if i die.
The changing jobs heal i agree it kills the economy and role playing, that's the only thing i support in this idea :)

I support this but i think we had that deathspawn at the hospital before.

1)/Unsupported, player protection is not properly done, therefore loss of money cant be accepted(IMO).
2)/Unsupported, suspects who are carkilled will lose money... By that way, one which has bad purposes and just to be bitching, can benefit from this.
3)/Unsupported, player protection is not properly done, any type of death(which mostly caused by rulebreakers) can cause an rp to be wasted...
4)/Supported, (except for /duty) ; can lead people to use more food/medical,sexual services.
5)/Unsupported, due to /unsupported hospital spawn...
In past I would accept 3 and 5 but they just cause a waste of rp these days... Therefore not anymore supported...
a) No any benefit by rp side, only for money, it will be raised, then what, we ll have medics / hookers freeroaming just like cops?
b) One who wants not to be taxi fare, wont be anyway...

d) That is correct but still most people are who just stand on foot for rping...

f) People will do it for fun, loss of money wont affect people(a big, really big percent)
g) We need to stand on foot/walking/running for rping, talkings from car to car is what really bad for an rp is...

I dont get how this will decrease red and blue players.. It will increase , more loss of money will increase more people on jobs...

Its not only you.. ^^" Civilians have rights to carry weapons aswell. (If rped as licensed)

abuse is when you die and /resetspawn if you do it 1-2-3minutes before you die its all good :)

Its an idea followed by "spawning in hospitals." So instead of u deciding where to spawn, you ll spawn at hospital.

lets make it simple...
whoever that killed by any situation will be respawned at random hospital with low hp (5%) condition, they dont loose their money, so any medic, hooker and taxidriver will work for it.
and the murderer will be fined about 200 -450$

As we talked in-game Mimi.. :( We really need strict system. I understand how scared some people are about losing money. Most of those people say: "Don't play for money. You're a moneyhunter, blabla."
If that could be changed, I am sure Life in LC will become even more interesting.

Ehh, I know the solution; but well it wont be welcomed by anybody, I think completely money should be removed from game, that way people would stand only for rping... But well since money is a fact to concentrate on, so a challenge, it is another reason to stand in here.. And if we think the amount of rpers and the people who wants to earn money.. Wouldnt be good for population of server..
Most of those people say: "Don't play for money. You're a moneyhunter, blabla."
These things are said for people who prioritizes money over roleplay.
