East Central Bishops is an African American gang operating in Jefferson and East Los Santos. It is said to be a Bloods supporter in spite of not boldly expressing it with color. Information gathered by SAPD field operatives links Rufus 'Buddha' Kinsler and Lamar 'Spook' White to the gang. The duo is allegedly the only present leadership of the gang and the extent of their criminal activities is still to be analyzed.

ECB is a gang created by old 58th Street Conecta leadership and members. A collective decision was made to bring a fresh, new, unknown but not for long group whose aim is to attract new and veteran Argonath roleplayers while providing a pleasant, home-like environment both in-game and out of game. The group starts as a poor, mildly organized band of crooks with money on their mind and a distant vision of power, all the while living the ghetto struggle and handling the difficult circumstances that come with it.
