Title: Raising fine for killed suspects
Post by: BojanS on March 20, 2014, 05:33:39 pm
Killed suspects should lose 500$ instead of 300$.
Jailed suspects lose 200$ and killed 300$. Why to go to jail, when It's just 100$ more. So, why not evade/shootout with cops to increase their chance to evade?

Why do you keep dong the some post all over....Suspects lose a lot of money in the long run, even if it was 500$ still that wouldn't stop new players with 10k$ so go on Rambo rampages, and lets face it 80% of ppl who shoot back on PD are new players playing cops and robbers. This will only affect players who crime RP if you look at it from my perspective. Unsupported....

A true roleplay crime doesn't even need to be suspected.. you don't even have to shoot or what so ever

You can just say.. boom, I killed you.

As for the increase to 500$. It would cause probably a bit of moaning when people [ Regular ones ] start dying.. but from the other hand, if some of them stop doing what are they doing currently.. it might send out a good example to newcomers so that whole amount of crimes drop significantly over the time

Because they are cops and they wont be affected.

Let rpers decide what and how they gonna rp.

Let's just start acting like this is a RolePlay server? People die over lawbreaks such as speeding.

yup.. and I can't remember the last time someone got shot to death for speeding or anything else in my country

They usually value their life a bit more

Let rpers decide what and how they gonna rp.

well have fun dying

Then find a way to force them to surrender, this is a game; even if u get 1.000.000$ for dying as a suspect, you cannot stop people from being suspect, if you want people to value their life, then implement an idea which a dead person will be restricted to play for an amount of time. Which will be ignored because this is not a strict rp server but a relaxed rp server.

well have fun dying

If its good in the name of rp, I ll die, and have fun with it

Talya, your energy is very hypocritical. I've seen everything earlier, in LC today, at Dukes Police Station.

Totally.

Nothing about rp is done there. It has nothing to do with this topic.

So.. you can't just do the /kill after someone points a gun at you and type /me kill tayla with two shots in the chest ?
Interesting

The reason why most of the regulars does not surrender is because they like running away more and nothing more..
And yes, I did say specifically regulars

Some of them would even die for a ticket of only 50$
as internet folks would say:

After a good rp , why should people have to pay some money if they want a chase(which would also suit to the rp) anyway, can you tell it to me? The example u give already or mostly done by that way already, though there are lots of variables in rp depending on circumstances, people you rp with and the rp's reason and the way its going.

Because system in LC is monetary. I think that money plays important role.  We should work on improving our Economy, and make it flow.

How will suspects' loss will help economy I dont get it, and why should rpers get affected from this?

What I said was related to overall economoy and trade resources/goods.
If we could have evidence of Killed/Jailed ratio.. Come on, I know it's horrifying.

I think this change will just make regular players lose more money new players that make most rules breaks and law breaks will not be hit with this change not even one bit, this change cant make anything good.

If you would make a bank account for admins only when players is jailed or killed as suspect  to take 10-20% of the money in that bank account for Event purposes now that wold change things, players would still cop bait and shoot at PD yes but the community will have some use of them :) 70% of ppl who shoot with pd are still new player that still haven't changed the starting skin. We had the change pay for guns, yes seemed good but only hit the regular players the hardest new players with 10k$ still have no problems. And they will never have them, Bojan i know you wish it all to be RP but some ppl just wont RP.

Valid enough, strongly depends on the RP so theres no point in mentioning it.
