Title: /carcuff , cuff the suspect in your car

we could have a command like /carcuff , so when the su gets inside the car , the command will make him freeze inside the car ( he cant use F to get out of the car ) ,
Its like you chase the suspect more than 30 min , and after that you chase him on foot , and when you got him , he /gu and you put him in your car, and in the way to Pd , he gets out of the car and die , thats it , all your work is done , and he had fun , it is specially happens when there are no admins in the server ,

Also , Will this work only for Cruisers or any law enforcement will be able to cuff a suspect to any car ?

/Unsupported, if we think all that suspects that are getting abused, only last chance is to jump out of car to get investigation, it shouldnt be taken away.

If the Cop Abused his rights , Then he will HAve a nice meeting with the admins , or Simply he will Loose his Job ,

This happens really rarely so I think it's not necessary...

And I guess you ll give the money and time to suspect which has lost his money and time for an invalid reason.
