Title: New Manager.

Today it was finally made official after lot of weeks in which it was considered.
The IV:MP leadership congratulates Armelin on his new status as head developer
and therefore also to his spot as respective IV:MP Manager beside Dino and Senate.

As you can figure out his main task stays to work on our game mode!
