the player "tearsofgod" and I are friends. He wanted to buy a car but was short on cash. So I gave him a significant amount of money. this resulted on both of us banned.

You will get an answer from a manager, whether you get unbanned or no. Remember, this doesn't inclulde your mate tearsofgod, if he's willing to get unbanned, he should make his own request.
