Well we all know the answer to that: you get automatically thrown out of your car.
My suggestion is to change that to automatic handbrake or something that will not harm you (for example when you are at high speed and run out of fuel you get seriously wounded). If the handbrake comes automatically on you wont be able to move and wont get out of the car without your will and get hit by another car or roll like a pancake on the street.
Any comments related to this topic are more than welcomed :)

Sounds helpful to me.

I dont think the multiplayer has control of car control inputs, right?
Either way its a fitting punishment for failing to be responsible with your fuel situation

If you see " Fuel: 1" and you keep on going, well, it's your fault :P

I support this idea, at least not launching driver out of the vehicle. I had accidents like:
We are in chase, one Officer in cruiser in front of me and I carkill him. After few minutes of wondering how the heck could that happen, I realised that his fuel was empty.

well the PD should watch the fuel more it seems :D

I support this. And even more now that all the state cars respawns with only 10 fuel... because now people will run out of fuel a lot more often. And the jumping off the car script when you run outta fuel have always sounded a lot messy to me, since it also floods the hell out of your chat. I'm sure there is a more clean and efficient way to script a car out of fuel.
