Title: Cars are unlocked when we join the game

And new players use that car
It would be better that when we join our cars would be locked when spawned

And then find more secure place , anyway i dont mind if my car was stolen, sometimes they needs car more than us ;)

use /vehicles to despawn it, before you log out of game

Sounds more like a SAMP Command.
