Title: HP/Armour bar not showing

Hello,

My problem is that I can not see peoples HP/Armour bar ingame.

What I have done so far
Reinstall both SAMP and SA - Problem still persists
Try it on a different server - Problem still persists

The problem still persists, it did work for a while.

I think the problem is due to Windows 8.1. Although I will deal with the OS later, I need a fix temporarily someone help!

Try running as a administrator.
