Title: Problems with Unban request

Well ****** told me i can make a unban request in  5 days but i cant 10 days are gone and i cant what is the reason? i maked this topic becuse Admins are not Pming me :(

And what do you mean by "I cant"? You cant press the "New topic" button? Or the section is blocked for ya? I dont understand how you can make a topic here but not a unban request. Wished i could help.
