hi i was banned 2 monthes ago , i was told by dino to post an unban request on 14/04/14 , i think the link got a bug or my account is banned from making unban requests , anyway i tried to communicate with dino he gived me a link that doesn`t work out , i tried to communicate with Senate , never got an answer from his part , i tried also to communicate with the one in charge `` Frodo`` he said click on the link in sticky notes? i dnt think thats an answer when i am messaging him cause i clicked on the link and didn`t work out ( it get me to the home forum page not the page where i cna make an unban request ) , i tried to post a ticket in helpdesk i got no answer , so i think somethign is wrong here waiting for more than 2 monthes to get back to game , then i getthis??? its frustrating . so please find me a solution .

You posted this only 6 hours after sending me a forum PM, thanks for being patient.
The link works fine for me, as it does for other players posting their unban requests. Only thing I can suggest is try another web browser, there's no reason why the link would only not work for you. If that doesn't work contact Tai again as I believe he is the one who set it up.

ok , thx for answering me senate , yeah i was really confused why its not working for me , and work for others cause i was seeing others posting unban requests , and i already tried in mozilla , chrome and internet explorer .
so can i creat anew account but keep the same name in game and all money and car......?? i think its the only solution to try .
