Title: Car Indicators
Post by: luckyluke98 on April 17, 2014, 03:15:00 pm
When i maked my server(Offline) i  coustimazed a Script for Indicators i think it would be very helpfuly like some one crashes into a car and then he turns the indicators u can also if you own a vehicle lock it by that key(x) u can change it  so it wolud more roleplayred* and then when we press x car locks and the indicators turns...    The inidcators work for all type of vehicles.

This would look nice but won't it make the server even more crashy? And please use English not alien language when you write something. I understood only from the title.

Wanna u make server more often crashy? Yeah, .nut scripts wont work, Argonath Have other scripts, it is made on public IV MP not private :), If they  make / add it, we will have server more crashy, more buggs, ( We have some bugs and dont need more ). Sure it will be much real than now, but more often crashes also :) Not Supporting it.

This is one of those tiny little features that aren't a necessity and that most people wouldn't use.
On the other hand there is the probability of crashes, the more scripts there are the more chances are for some of them to breach into NaN territory and knock you offline.
Is it worth it?
Probably not.

Well if we were sure it wont crash and worked perfect , i'd be the first screaming to add it ASAP. But unfortunately...

Got indicators in SP , happy about em.

As you said in one of your post this was tested on your server offline...I have no idea in making a server but i guess it cant crash while offline. And TJ is right. We cant afford some useless details just for making the game nicer...Well we could but the price is too high

Fun fact! The client we are using doesn't support indicators. So don't try to fool the others with you got it to work.

We do believe it works for you. But IV:MP client limitations may not support indicators to be visible to other players. Just like lights , sirens(2nd and third). If client was normal , it would be great.
