Reason why you did it: I didn't make any mistakes, I wasn't deathmatching, I was chasing a suspect with Hurricane then she killed the suspect (Jess_Sentely) then I got a ban?! I didn't even kill anyone..Hurricane was a witness , ask her
I wish you could explain why I got banned for no reason.I know the rules very well and I never broke the rules

Actually, im a bit disappointed here. You are a regular player on our server and i didn't expect this from you.

So, there was a kidnap event going on , you and other police officers responded to this kidnap and arrived to the scene. Personally, i was aware of this kidnap but i wanted to see how you guys will deal with it , i expected you to deal with those criminals in an RP manner, but i was wrong.
Now if you think that what is written in the logs is roleplay , then you got it all wrong.

Not really , I was gonna deal with it in RP but Dried took out his gun and shot me...you wanted me to look at him, right?!
you want me to let him kill me , don't you?! then after I took him down..Jess came out with a gun and started shooting me so I suspected her and asked for a back up so units came and took her down then she respawned at the same place and shot us so we suspected her and took her down...I'm not gonna wait till I get killed..they were armed and shot us. that`s all

People who gets killed in a roleplay are not allowed to come back to the scene and rejoin the RP , but if you reported i would personally take care of it, however, this is not our main subject.
Back to what concerns us now,as a police officer, your main goal is to preserve life and i believe there were a hostage awaiting for you guys to rescue him/her but you guys decided ( im not entirely sure if you were involved ) to rush and breach in just to take down the suspects and hell to the hostage.
To be honest , im not buying the story you are telling me , a bunch of criminals waiting for cops to arrive, and when they arrive they came out and paff paff shots fired , it doesn't make sense to me.

Speaking of RP , you should tell Jess that not me , she was wasted and shot us again.
The story I told you is ture 100%, I don't have to lie to you and feel free to ask Jess what had happened.As I said I received a notification of kidnapping so I headed to the case , I found 2 members of sentely there but Jess was down with the victim..When I had entered I found Dried in front of me so I shouted saying Freeze , LCPD. He had a gun and shot me so I shot him and took him down after that Jess came and started shooting me , she killed me. so I waited for the back up and headed there again she was down with the victim , we took Jess down and she respawned at the same place and shot us so she got wasted by us and we saved the hostage. btw the hostage was Kiana, feel free to ask her about what happened...I'm telling the truth not composing a story.
My main purpose was to save the hostage.But they didn't give me a chance to negotiate or RP, when dried saw me , he took out his gun and started shooting me so I had to use force and we successfully saved the hostage without any injuries
Speaking of "Deathmatching" , "Deathmatching" is when you kill people without any reasons but in my case it's called "Self defence" I had a valid reason to use force and defend myself (This was the only choice I had) , suspects had guns (MP5-Shotgun) and shot me.When I got wasted I shouldn't have headed back again as you said It's a RP so I admit my mistake to head back to the case but such a little mistake isn't worth a ban

Why did you entered the building ? Shall i take that as an attempt to RP ?
Of course they will open fire when you enter the building, what did you expected from them ?
What happened to the negotiating part ? Why you didn't contact anyone of the kidnappers to negotiate with him ?
According to what you said, you just called for backup but when no one responded to your call you decided to step into the building claiming to negociate with them. I dont see that as a roleplay from my perspective.
Take a look at this, it's another officer who were present in the situation with you, it's pretty convincing that the roleplay is ruined :

I wanted to save the hostage as possible as I can. As the hostage asked for help several times so we were in hurry.
About negotiation part, It's not possible to negotiate with the kidnappers who had guns. When one of the kidnappers saw me , He had shot me immediately so it's impossible to deal with him kindly.
Don't blame me for something I did to save the hostage , I'm neither new comer nor rulebreaker.I've always respected all players , rules and tried to help them as possible as I can.I spend all my time working as a cop to clear the city from suspects and criminals,I might have dealt with the situation wrongly but as I told you several times that they were armed so I had to use froce as it was the only choice I had.I blame you for what you've done , you should have warned me or frozen me to inform me of my mistakes, Also you should have told me how to deal with the situation.You shouldn't have given me instant ban.Everyone makes mistakes and apparently it's my first mistake however I don't see myself guilty, I dealt with the situation as It was supposed to be
"Yasyo sentley" wasn't there when I entered , his game crashed so ask the officer who was there about what happened

I don't see a point of warning a regular player who is aware of the server rules and knows them very well.

Well , I don't see myself guilty.There were suspects in the building and they were armed.One of them shot me so I took him down and asked for a back up..This isn't considered as "Deathmatching" , this is my job.We should use force against armed suspects to defend ourselves, If he had given me a chance to negotiate , I would have dealt with him in RP..I said that several times and I guess you got the point.So I see that I should get unbanned it's not a strong reason to be banned..Could you tell me how you were gonna deal with such a situation If you were me?!
Supposing there were armed suspects somewhere and you headed there,someone of them took out his gun and shot on you, How would your reaction be?! To let them kill you or use force?
