Just to clarify, creating player help groups is not a ticket to become an admin.
Though it may make you stand out from the crowd as you help new players, and might even improve your chances of being one, but it just isn't a straight coupon "Make a helper group, become an admin" thing.

When you are trying to help new players, doesn't mean you want to become part of the administration team, even when you aint an administrator you can help new players, teach them the rules of this server and other stuff!

Just like ARISE, I did not create a volunteer initiative with the goal of becoming an admin, but to help. (although I became an admin anyway :D)
Good luck with this group, the more dedicated players we have to helping newbies, the better. Hoping that this succeeds.
