You were banned by CBF yesterday for repeated ignoring of ARPD /server orders.

This was after you was unbanned so i will check with CBF to see what happend.

I am understanding from that,that my copban is the reason...
I am new and need more practice on my RP and English but you know that i dont know all the rules of cop duty very well so i need more work and i did... i learned a lot in this ban and i will not go on duty until i am ready for it.

Being cop banned 9 times over and over again doesn't show you dont know the rules, it shows that you are ignorant and dont care about the rules.
