Also, once upon a time, applications for NOOSE are opened at noose.argonathrp.com, but unfortunately the site is down right now and as of now we have no information of when it will be back up again.

It happened to me too when I had to make an account there for a court trial. A forum moderator/Manager added me manually upon request.

Activated it manually for you, you should be able to login now.

No, it's still going through applications. They had a recruitment wave recently adding few noose cadets and as I hear it's closed at this moment.
