i dont have much money for both so i am asking shuld i first buy a graphic card: (maybe this one ASUS Graphics Cards R7250X-2GD5) or motherboard (maybe Motherboard ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z87-G45 GAMING)
just asking what to buy because i dont have money for both so what shuld i buy for better game preformance

That motherboard will be of no use to you if you plan on using it after you purchase it as it's a newer socket than your current processor.
You would be better off purchasing the graphics card - ASUS Graphics Cards R7250X-2GD5
However then again I somewhat doubt your PSU would be able to handle that card and your system would be a serious bottleneck to that card which would limit the performance of the card.

so what would you reccomend without the budget limits ?
buying a new pc ?

Ideally a new computer would be your best option however if that current system works for what you need it for then perhaps an upgrade of the current graphics card would be your best option.
If anything, look for another graphics card that will require less power to run with your current system.

A wise man once said, if you can't decide which one to buy, you buy them both. Though that guy was probably high as fuck.
On a more serious note, I'm in with Devin, a new graphics card is probably your best option.
