 If you want a Driver's License:
Second Street Driving School (SSDS)

Also I suggest some ranked moderator to remove the Driver's License and Passport applications done on this page(City Hall) to be deleted because people just think its the right place to apply when they see them.

So.. Where should we put the topics then? I think City Hall is the right place.
