Reason why you did it: This was a misunderstanding.. I know that this was my last time to proofe myself, but yesterday i was suspected and John_Doe was behind me and then i enter one shop there was a table infront of it, i wanted to turn arounf from the other side of the table and to get out form the shop again, but something bug happened and i fall under the map, then i respawed somewhere and John_Doe banned me for this. I really didnt knowed about this bug and if i knew what is the point to make it inforn of that admin. Please lets discuss about this misunderstanding. :)

I wouldn't say it was misunderstanding and I am pretty sure you knew for that bug.
Falling through the floor and spawning on other place without knowing for that would at least surprised you a bit, but actually you weren't surprised at all as you knew for it and you just continue to evade. There was no other reaction.
Second reason why I think you knew about it, as you were suspect what could be the possible reason to enter a store that have only one entrance (if we don't count exit through the floor) ? To wait for rest of cops to get to you? You perfectly knew about that bug and you decided to abuse it to avoid cops.

So you guys will not have time to get in your cruisers and whats the point to spawn to somewhere which there are no cars and i cant escape with.. So the only escaoe is the car and when i spawn in other place there wont be cars. And why should i do that infront of you, admin ? Thanks

Actually, you already lost your car and you was on foot with few cops behind you. So you could choose between running down the street and getting killed or running into store and TPing away from us and then continue your evading.
I wouldn't know why you did it in front of an admin. Why do you and your crew constantly cop baiting in front of the admins?

I didnt copbaiting infront of admins, I didnt wanted to be banned for this thigns... Please give me one last chance and I will profe my myself here :)

Before you say you wasn't DMing, you came from FIAP to MGS, got a shotgun and started to shoot near me without saying a word. Due desync I can't tell if you were shooting me but I don't exclude that option.
Also, I don't know why would you come in game to "talk" with me, if you can talk right here. After all, I am not the one who is deciding if you are going to be unbanned or not.
Oh and yea, in Polish pedal means "gay"... Hmm, your ban evading account name is "Johnepedal". Johne - my name I guess, pedal - gay.

It can means "gay"but in Bulgaria the meaning is other and its not swearing and i didnt wanted to kill you
